SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain the Studio’s Social Media platforms including Instagram, Website Blog, Facebook, Snapchat on a daily basis
  • Increase Social Media Engagement and Following by targeted and interactive content creation
  • Create a fun and exciting Social Media profile and presence that targets the correct user demographic
  • Create and Manage Social Media promotions and campaigns
  • Engage with Online and In-Print Matrmonial publications to actively publish Studios Content
  • Create exclusive, engaging behind-the-scenes content during Studios’ shoots and assignments
  • Increase the Studio’s Social Media profile and Brand recognition

Skills Required:

  • Deep insight into and knowledge of popular Social Media Platforms and engagement models
  • Expert skill set to create engaging and appealing Social Media content from the Studio’s photo and cinema library
  • Up-to-date understanding of current Social Media trends and how to use those trends to the Studio’s benefit
  • Self-starter with eagerness to create and distribute Social Media content

Time Commitment Requirement:

  • Must have consistent availability
  • Approx 10 hours a week

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 1 month probationary, unpaid tenure to assess quality of work and corresponding results
  • If probation is successful, hourly compensation based on results and experience
  • Full bio page on Studio’s website
  • Percentage Commission from all Social Media promotions and campaign sales
